These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SimpleSieve ("we", "us", "our"), including our website and application. By creating an account or using SimpleSieve, you agree to these Terms.
1. Account
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must be at least 18 years old to use SimpleSieve.
2. Service
SimpleSieve is a web-based tool for performing sieve analysis calculations. You may use the service for your internal business purposes including entering test data, generating reports, and sharing results. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
3. Pricing and Payment
SimpleSieve is offered at $49 per month with a 30-day free trial. No credit card is required to start your trial. After the trial period, continued access requires a paid subscription. Payments are billed monthly and are non-refundable. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
4. Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you enter into SimpleSieve. We do not sell your data to third parties. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. If you cancel your subscription, your data will be retained for 90 days after which it may be permanently deleted.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, including but not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems, interfering with the operation of the service, or using the service for any unlawful purpose.
6. Disclaimer
SimpleSieve is a calculation tool and is not a substitute for certified laboratory testing. Results generated by SimpleSieve are for internal quality control purposes only and must not be used as certified test results. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SimpleSieve shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the service. Continued use of SimpleSieve after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
